Drought in Kenya

The villages in the Kenyan Turkana dessert are filled with women and children. Men and the most animals have left looking for greener pastures elsewhere in distances only getting bigger, their absences becoming longer and longer. 

They say the climate crises affects mothers, children and the elderly hardest in the global South. What that means concretely we ventured to find out in Northern Kenya.
